We ship Australia wide. Orders made before 11am may ship same day. Please always contact us if your order is urgent. Express post is available. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed by Sunshine Coast Gift Boxes or Australia Post. However, Express Post may speed up your delivery.

Deliveries are usually Monday-Friday. Orders for the Sunshine Coast area, local to Buderim 4556 can request same day or weekend delivery IF A DRIVER IS  AVAILABLE. Please see delivery map. 

It is important to call or text if your order is required to be delivered on the same day or on the weekend prior to order. Contact us. 0423 739 697.

Delivery is to one address per transaction.

If you would like to purchase multiple gifts, this will need to be completed as one transaction for EACH gift box. The alternative to this is to call us and we can invoice you. Please note that payment receipt will need to be provided before shipping.

Yes, we do deliver to hospitals, units and PO Boxes.

 

Please be aware that gated communities, gated complexes and gated home addresses can pose access issues for the delivery driver. If any of these apply to your recipient, please make arrangements with them or let us know how we can safely deliver your gift without risking theft, damage or delays.

NOTE: Christmas period, weather conditions & pandemic times may cause delays to shipping. Please plan ahead.

 

We  ask for your understanding should our couriers have delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may hold them up. For this reason, we make no promises on delivery times but have outlined 'normal' delivery times as above, as a guide. Please also note that Express Post does NOT guarantee overnight shipment but could speed up delivery. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD to avoid disappointment.

Tracking numbers are available to the sender. If you have been made aware of the delivery, where possible, please ensure the goods are taken inside at the earliest possible time to prevent theft, sun or rain damage to goodies inside the box.

POSTAGE COSTS
Postage and shipping costs depend on spend. We have a scaling rate that helps us to cover our costs. We have built in some shipping costs, and absorb the rest. Freight costs have significantly increased over the last few years with petrol prices and cost of business being the main contributors.

RESTRICTIONS

We ONLY deliver to one address per transaction. If you wish to send to multiple addresses, please complete a transaction for each. or speak with us about your needs. We can always invoice you and manually process your order. We are here to help.
